<p>This is an opportunity to join a <strong>global social and influencer marketing agency</strong> as an <strong>Influencer Account Manager</strong>, delivering high-impact campaigns for leading clients across beauty, fashion, tech, finance, and FMCG. Based in Central London (hybrid, 3 days in-office), you’ll take ownership of major accounts, manage end-to-end campaigns, and play a key role in growing client relationships. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Manage influencer and social campaigns end-to-end – from briefing and outreach to onboarding, reporting, and analysis.</p>
<li>
<p>Act as the main client point of contact, providing clear updates, recommendations, and expert guidance.</p>
<li>
<p>Oversee multiple campaigns at once, proactively problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery.</p>
<li>
<p>Optimise campaigns using performance insights, tracking KPIs, and sharing data-driven recommendations.</p>
<li>
<p>Present ideas, strategies, and results confidently in pitches, client meetings, and reviews.</p>
<li>
<p>Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support on new business proposals.</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver exceptional work.</p>
<li>
<p>Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring best practice and high-quality output.</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>3+ years’ experience in influencer account management with high-profile clients.</p>
<li>
<p>Strong passion for influencer and performance marketing.</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent organisational skills – comfortable managing multiple campaigns under pressure.</p>
<li>
<p>Confident communicator and presenter with strong stakeholder management skills.</p>
<li>
<p>Experience working cross-agency on collaborative campaigns.</p>
<li>
<p>Proven ability to mentor and support junior colleagues.</p>
<li>
<p>Calm, detail-driven, and solutions-focused.</p>
