<p>I'm looking for a brilliant senior<strong> Influencer Account Director (creator strategy) </strong>to join a leading global agency with one of their flagship beauty & wellbeing clients. This is a high-profile role with a global remit, focused on shaping and delivering creator-first strategy at scale.</p> <p>✨ <strong>October start</strong><br> ✨ <strong>£350-400per day </strong>(outside IR35)<br> ✨ <strong>Part Time - 3 days per week</strong> (London-based, Weds & Thurs in-office)<br> ✨ <strong>Contract: 3 months with review to extend </strong></p> <h3>The Opportunity</h3> <p>You’ll act as a senior strategic partner, responsible for embedding creator marketing into the global social agenda of a major beauty & wellness client. Sitting alongside global brand and comms leaders, your work will influence direction, unlock investment, and elevate how creator partnerships fuel brand love worldwide.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong> – Develop and refine the global creator strategy, ensuring alignment with the wider brand marketing and social-first agenda.</p> <li> <p><strong>Global Campaign Development</strong> – Lead the creator approach for high-profile global campaigns, from insight to execution, ensuring local market relevance.</p> <li> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong> – Influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Director & VP level), positioning creator work as a growth driver.</p> <li> <p><strong>Innovation & Trends</strong> – Stay ahead of cultural, platform, and creator trends; identify opportunities for experimentation and pilot programmes across markets.</p> <li> <p><strong>Creative Storytelling</strong> – Build compelling decks and presentations that sell in complex strategies with clarity and impact.</p> <li> <p><strong>Measurement & Insights</strong> – Define success frameworks, partner with insights teams to showcase ROI, and continuously optimise global creator activity.</p> <li> <p><strong>Team & Partner Collaboration</strong> – Work with internal creative, media, and influencer teams, as well as external partners and local market leads, to bring strategies to life.</p> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <p>✅ 6–10 years’ experience in senior <strong>strategy roles</strong> within global creative/social agencies<br> ✅ Strong background in <strong>creator marketing, influencer strategy, and platform partnerships</strong><br> ✅ Proven track record of delivering <strong>multi-market/global campaigns</strong> for major consumer brands<br> ✅ Confident engaging and influencing <strong>senior stakeholders at Director/VP level</strong><br> ✅ Highly skilled in building <strong>decks, frameworks, and storytelling</strong> that drive alignment<br> ✅ Knowledge of <strong>beauty, wellness, or consumer lifestyle industries</strong> is highly desirable<br> ✅ Ability to balance big-picture thinking with operational detail, thriving in fast-moving environments</p> <h3>Why This Role?</h3> <p>This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior strategic position with direct influence on how a global brand engages creators at scale.
