<p>A fast-growing wellness/beauty brand is looking for a <strong>Head of Organic Social & Content</strong> to lead, own, and scale its social presence across TikTok and Instagram. This is a hands-on, creative leadership role where you’ll shape how the brand shows up online — from storytelling and trends to content direction and influencer partnerships. You’ll be instrumental in building not just a following, but a thriving community and cultural footprint. This is a remote-friendly role with regular content days in London, offering full creative ownership and collaboration with the leadership team.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead TikTok and Instagram content strategy and execution.</p>
<li>
<p>Own the content calendar from ideation to posting.</p>
<li>
<p>Direct and produce creative content — on-camera or briefing creators.</p>
<li>
<p>Script, shoot, and edit short-form video content as needed.</p>
<li>
<p>Build and engage community through replies, reposts, and engagement loops.</p>
<li>
<p>Manage influencer outreach, creator briefs, and partnerships.</p>
<li>
<p>Support paid media with ad-ready UGC and creative assets.</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate on creative direction for new product launches and brand moments.</p>
<li>
<p>Report on performance and iterate quickly to improve results.</p>
</ul>

<strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience working for a scale up brand in social, content and creative brand roles (DTC, wellness, or agency side preferred).</p>
<li>
<p>Proven track record growing or leading a TikTok/Instagram account that has performed.</p>
<li>
<p>Confident in directing content or appearing on camera.</p>
<li>
<p>Strong visual and creative instincts with an “extremely online” mindset.</p>
<li>
<p>Strategic thinker but execution-focused.</p>
<li>
<p>Bonus: experience in wellness, beauty, or oral care, or access to a creator network.</p>

<p>Competitive salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonus.</p>
