<p>Are you ready to lead the social media and community strategy for a <strong>fast-growing beauty brand</strong>? This is a rare opportunity to join a digitally-first, ambitious brand in London, shaping its global presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. As Head of Social & Community, you’ll manage a talented team, own the content and engagement strategy, and drive innovative storytelling that deepens audience connection. With a hybrid setup (3 days in-office) and a culture that champions creativity, growth, and wellbeing, this is the role for someone who wants to make a real impact in the beauty industry.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Define and deliver the global social media strategy across all brand accounts.</p>
<li>
<p>Build a distinctive presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.</p>
<li>
<p>Oversee content creation and curation in collaboration with in-house creative and production teams.</p>
<li>
<p>Manage a team of social media and community specialists, setting goals and mentoring talent.</p>
<li>
<p>Lead community engagement strategy to deepen audience connection and loyalty.</p>
<li>
<p>Own the content calendar and platform mix, ensuring consistent brand tone and identity.</p>
<li>
<p>Champion innovation by testing new formats, storytelling approaches, and platform opportunities.</p>
<li>
<p>Define KPIs, analyse performance, and refine strategy to drive growth.</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate closely with PR, communications, and wider marketing teams to align influencer and community initiatives.</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong experience in social media, content, and community management within beauty or fashion brands.</p>
<li>
<p>Experience in fast-growth, digital-first, or globally expanding brands is highly desirable.</p>
<li>
<p>Proven track record of building and executing social strategies that drive engagement and growth.</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent knowledge of social trends, algorithms, audience behaviour, and platform best practices.</p>
<li>
<p>Experienced people manager with ability to lead, inspire, and grow high-performing teams.</p>
<li>
<p>Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<li>
<p>Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent collaboration and communication abilities; thrives in cross-functional teams.</p>
