<p>Are you ready to shape the social media direction for high-profile clients in a fast-paced agency environment? We’re seeking a <strong>Head of Social</strong> to lead strategy and execution across lifestyle, food & beverage, and hospitality brands. This is a senior role where you’ll combine creativity, strategy, and leadership to deliver innovative campaigns, mentor a talented team, and influence industry trends. Based in London with 1–2 days WFH per week, this is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, client-facing agency.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Lead the development and delivery of end-to-end social strategies for high-profile clients.</p>
<li>
<p>Oversee strategic planning from ideation through to execution, ensuring campaigns are innovative, impactful, and results-driven.</p>
<li>
<p>Develop and implement platform-specific strategies, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels.</p>
<li>
<p>Oversee paid social campaigns, optimising creative and targeting for maximum ROI.</p>
<li>
<p>Standardise content planning processes across the team to ensure consistency and efficiency.</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with account teams to enhance reporting processes and clearly demonstrate campaign performance.</p>
<li>
<p>Identify new business opportunities from a social perspective.</p>
<li>
<p>Mentor, manage, and develop the social media team, setting KPIs and driving professional growth.</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience in social media strategy and client services within an agency.</p>
<li>
<p>Strong interest and knowledge of the hospitality sector.</p>
<li>
<p>Proven track record developing and delivering successful strategies on TikTok and Instagram.</p>
<li>
<p>Strong understanding of emerging social trends and ability to translate these into creative opportunities.</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a creative team.</p>
<li>
<p>Confident communicator, able to pitch ideas, present strategies, and manage client relationships.</p>
<li>
<p>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p>
