<p><strong>Head of Marketing</strong></p> <p><strong>London</strong></p> <p><strong>£70,000 - £90,000</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Are you a <strong>Head of Marketing </strong>with a passion for the pulse of <strong>fashion</strong> and <strong>Gen Z culture</strong>? Can you set a strategic vision while still being the 'doer' who ensures every campaign lands perfectly? My client is a dynamic, high-growth online fashion brand looking for their next Head of Marketing to drive global success.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role will be instrumental in shaping their brand, managing significant budgets, and coordinating complex launches across all departments</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p> <p>As the Head of Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and act as the central point for all marketing activities:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategy & Planning:</strong> Developing and executing a holistic commercial plan, ensuring a cohesive company-wide marketing calendar. <li><strong>Budget & Performance:</strong> Owning and monitoring large marketing budgets alongside the CFO, performing <strong>thorough data analysis</strong> to inform spend decisions and maximize web traffic, brand awareness, and social following. <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Setting high standards, implementing processes to maximise efficiency within the creative and marketing teams, and ensuring all content and launches are delivered on time and on budget. <li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Managing, mentoring, and fostering creativity within a diverse team of 5+ creatives and marketers. <li><strong>Brand Authority:</strong> Overseeing the social strategy, content creation, and optimisation across multiple platforms, directing influencer outreach to meet <strong>KPIs</strong>. <li><strong>Cultural Relevance:</strong> Staying ahead of digital, consumer, and fashion trends to ensure our brands remain culturally relevant and continuously appealing to the <strong>Gen Z consumer</strong>. </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven experience in a similar role managing large budgets, ideally in-house within the fashion or apparel sector. <li><strong>Strategic Acumen:</strong> A natural <strong>strategic and 'big picture' thinker</strong> who is also a hands-on <strong>'doer'</strong>. <li><strong>Digital Expertise:</strong> A <strong>strong understanding of performance marketing</strong> complemented by a robust grasp of <strong>brand marketing</strong> principles. <li><strong>Cultural Insight:</strong> Deep knowledge and passion for communities, culture, and <strong>Gen Z consumer</strong>. <li><strong>Leadership & Drive:</strong> Proven <strong>management experience</strong> leading a team of 5+ members. <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional communication skills at all levels, enabling you to present detailed insights and action plans to founders and cross-functional partners. </ul> <p> </p> <p>If this sounds like you, please get in contact with: chloe.fleming@majorplayers.co.uk</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</p> <p> </p> <p>Major Players are the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we've consistently championed our people and communities.
