<p>We're partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand seeking a Head of CRM & Retention to drive commercial performance across the full customer journey. You’ll shape the strategy behind multi-channel CRM programmes, combining brand storytelling with product-focused communications that increase conversion, repeat purchase and long-term customer value. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative thinking with commercial rigour, brings energy to testing and optimisation, and knows how to build programmes that scale globally.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead lifecycle and CRM strategy across email, SMS & push ensuring all activity drives product discovery and sales.
<li>Develop customer journeys that support acquisition, onboarding, retention and loyalty
<li>Build strategies to improve conversion, average order value and lifetime value
<li>Build campaigns around brand highlights and new products.
<li>Manage 3 direct reports, while partnering closely with creative & product teams
</ul>
<br>
<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>CRM experience across multiple channels with a proven ability to deliver measurable commercial results.
<li>Strong record of delivering commercial impact through compelling, product-centric messaging that encourages customers to buy.
<li>Confident using automation platforms
<li>Previous experience leading CRM marketing within a D2C or Ecommerce environment
