<p><strong>Global Product Brand Manager</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Dubai</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>I’m partnered with a rapidly growing D2C wellness and lifestyle brand known for disruptive innovation.</p> <p> </p> <p>They’re searching for a Global Product Brand Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role is creative and strategic, central to how their newest products and most exciting collaborations come to market.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of all new product launches, limited edition drops, and exclusive brand collaborations on a global scale. If you thrive on connecting <strong>product innovation with compelling brand storytelling</strong> and can seamlessly manage complex, cross-functional projects, this is the role for you.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Campaign Strategy:</strong> Take product concepts and translate them into clear, actionable campaign strategies and compelling creative briefs that drive brand desirability and consistency worldwide. <li><strong>Execution:</strong> Lead end-to-end campaign management, working closely with Product, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure every launch is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our premium brand standards. <li><strong>Global Consistency:</strong> Oversee creative execution across all channels, ensuring brand voice and visual excellence are maintained in every market. <li><strong>Performance & Optimisation:</strong> Track and report on campaign performance against brand and business objectives, leading post-launch reviews to capture key learnings and continuously refine our launch process. <li><strong>Budget Management:</strong> Efficiently manage significant campaign budgets and coordinate with external partners or agencies as required. </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience: </strong>Proven experience in brand, product marketing, or campaign management, ideally within a fast-paced, global consumer-facing brand. <li><strong>Strategic & Creative Thinker:</strong> A passion for building <strong>disruptive, stand-out campaigns</strong> that cut through the noise. <li><strong>Project Management Pro:</strong> Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initial concept through to successful global launch. <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent organisation and communication skills; you can effortlessly manage multiple launches simultaneously across different channels and regions. <li><strong>Agility:</strong> A proactive, self-driven, and adaptable mindset essential for a rapidly evolving, entrepreneurial environment. </ul> <p> </p> <p>Please get in contact with: chloe.fleming@majorplayers.co.uk</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</p> <p> </p> <p>Major Players are the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we've consistently championed our people and communities.
