<p>Major Players are partnering with a pioneering global influencer marketing company to recruit for an Executive Producer/Head of Production.</p> <p>This is not your typical marketing agency; they are a leading AI-powered platform that helps the world's biggest brands connect with the most influential creators with a mission to scale global campaigns and deliver powerful results through data, creativity, and cutting-edge technology.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of innovators, strategists, and problem-solvers who are passionate about the future of digital content.  If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be at the forefront of the creator economy, this is the role for you!</p> <p><strong>Duties/responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage a large team of Campaign Producers. <li>Oversee timelines, budgets and resource management for ongoing and new partnerships. <li>Be part of the senior leadership team to drive growth, strategy and performance. <li>Be involved in hiring and nurturing the Production/Campaign team. <li>Spearhead partnerships and relationships. </ul> <p><strong>Skillset required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience. <li>Proven experience working with and managing large budgets. <li>Previous experience working in a tech first brand, ideally within the fashion, beauty or lifestyle space. <li>Solid and proven understanding of technology and AI – it is essential to have extensive, practical experience in these areas. <li>Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work calmy under pressure and to fast turnaround deadlines. <li>Proven experience leading a department/large team in an Executive or Head of role. </ul> <p><strong>Role details:</strong></p> <p>Start date: October/November</p> <p>Hours: Full time</p> <p>Contract length: 8 months with potential for extension or to be made permanent.</p> <p>Salary: £100,000 (open to higher salary depending on suitability and experience).</p> <p>Office requirements: Fully remote/work from anywhere, with occasional meetings in London - ideally you will be based in the UK.</p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
