<p>Major Players are partnering with a reputable global B2B marketing agency to recruit for an Event Executive. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing exceptional experiences to life, and want hands-on exposure to high-profile global clients—this role is for you. </p>
<p>Responsibilities: </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Supporting event concepts, themes, and formats for B2B tech clients </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Coordinating planning logistics—venues, suppliers, registrations, budgets, and schedules </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Ensuring seamless on-site delivery: setup, live execution, troubleshooting, and pack-down </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Managing timelines and working closely with internal teams and external partners </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Collaborating with creatives to bring event branding and materials to life </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Gathering post-event insights and helping build ROI-driven reports </p>
</ul>
<p>Experience required: </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>A degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, or similar </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>1+ years’ experience in event production or management (B2B tech a big plus) </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience working within an event or marketing agency </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong multitasking and project management abilities </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Clear, confident communication skills </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>High attention to detail </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with event management tools is a bonus </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Previous experience planning and managing events including C-suite roundtables, symposiums, 100-300 person events, tradeshows and exhibitions </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Ability and willingness to travel – this is a global role, requiring regular travel across Europe and the US </p>
</ul>
<p>Hours: Full time </p>
<p>Salary: £28-35K, depending on experience </p>
<p>Office Location: East Central London </p>
<p>Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office </p>
