<h2><strong>E-Commerce Manager - North London - Office Based</strong></h2>
<p>We are supporting a <strong>fast-growing health and wellness brand</strong> on a confidential search for an <strong>E-Commerce Manager</strong>. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, owning the Shopify ecosystem and driving site performance, conversions, and innovative growth across multiple regions.</p>

<strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p>As E-Commerce Manager, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Take ownership of all Shopify storefronts across multiple international markets.</p>
<li>
<p>Ensure the website is fast, seamless, and fully optimised for conversions.</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to deliver launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.</p>
<li>
<p>Drive user experience improvements and continuously test site functionality to increase engagement and sales.</p>
<li>
<p>Lead site audits to proactively identify and resolve UX, checkout, and performance issues.</p>
<li>
<p>Oversee new site build projects, coordinating designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and on brief.</p>
<li>
<p>Implement and manage analytics, CRO, and personalisation tools to improve performance and reporting.</p>
<li>
<p>Own reporting and KPIs across revenue, conversion, AOV, and customer retention, turning insights into actionable improvements.</p>
<li>
<p>Champion automation and AI opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.</p>

<strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>3+ years of experience in DTC E-commerce, managing Shopify stores.</p>
<li>
<p>Strong track record in conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing, and data-driven improvements.</p>
<li>
<p>Experience managing multi-region or multi-storefront operations.</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a bias for action.</p>
<li>
<p>Ability to lead projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams and departments.</p>
<li>
<p>Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial impact.</p>
<li>
<p>Passion for health, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.</p>
