We’re looking for a <strong>Freelance Digital Insights Manager</strong> to join the digital experience team for a global brand. <br>

You’ll play a key role in analysing e-commerce performance and customer behaviour across their website, helping to enhance user experience and drive commercial growth.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Analyse website performance and customer journeys using Adobe Analytics
<li>Translate data into clear, actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion
<li>Collaborate with e-commerce, digital marketing and product teams to inform optimisation strategies
<li>Support CRO initiatives (excluding A/B testing) and identify new opportunities for improvement
<li>Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to influence decision-making
</ul>

<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within a global e-commerce environment
<li>Advanced knowledge of <strong>Adobe Analytics</strong> (essential)
<li>Strong understanding of CRO principles and user experience optimisation
<li>Ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
</ul>

<strong>Project Scope & Duration:</strong> 2–3 months, with potential to extend<br>
<br>
<strong>Day Rate:</strong> £350 - £450pd <br>
<br>
<strong>Location & Workplace Policy:</strong> Hybrid - London-based team, 2-3 days pw office based<br>
<br>
<strong>IR35 Status:</strong> Inside of IR35, umbrella company required <br>
