<p><strong>Freelance Digital Designer (Figma Specialist)</strong></p> <p>Are you a detail-driven digital designer who thrives on structure, precision and bringing design systems to life in Figma?<br> Join a global brand and communications studio working across premium real estate, lifestyle and destination brands — known for blending creativity with craft and delivering beautifully considered design across every touchpoint.</p> <p>You’ll support the design & digital team on a range of web and email-based projects, focusing on implementing existing brand systems into polished, functional designs. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys the build and refinement stage — ensuring consistency, balance and clarity across multi-page sites and digital brochures.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the digital design team with overflow and ongoing web projects</p> <li> <p>Adapt existing brand and print assets into digital layouts and interactive prototypes</p> <li> <p>Maintain structure, hierarchy and balance across Figma files and page compositions</p> <li> <p>Prototype and refine page interactions for client presentation</p> <li> <p>Collaborate with digital and production teams to prepare files for development</p> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Expert Figma knowledge including autolayout, prototyping and component systems</p> <li> <p>Strong organisational and communication skills; able to clarify briefs and manage updates independently</p> <li> <p>Keen eye for proportion, hierarchy and composition</p> <li> <p>Comfortable working on implementation rather than conceptual brand creation</p> <li> <p>Background in digital or web design; understanding of usability and flow</p> <li> <p>Midweight to senior-level designer confident working remotely and autonomously</p> </ul> <p><strong>Project Scope & Duration:</strong><br> Ad-hoc freelance support, approx. <strong>1–2 days per week</strong>, with ongoing projects in rotation.</p> <p><strong>Location & Workplace Policy:</strong><br> Fully remote (UK-based), option to come into London office</p> <p><strong>IR35 Status:</strong><br> Outside IR35</p> <p>Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you're interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your portfolio and availability as soon as possible.</p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
