We’re working with a leading high street fashion brand that’s recognised for its bold creative direction, trend-driven collections and fast-paced culture. They’re seeking a talented Freelance Branding Designer to help elevate brand identity across campaigns, packaging and digital channels. This is a chance to bring your creative vision to one of the UK’s most visible fashion names and help shape design that connects with a global audience.<br>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Develop and refine brand assets that reflect the brand’s personality and high street fashion positioning</p>
<li>
<p>Translate seasonal creative concepts into campaign and packaging design</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with marketing, digital and retail teams to deliver consistent brand experiences across touchpoints</p>
<li>
<p>Create guidelines and toolkits to ensure visual consistency across channels</p>
<li>
<p>Bring fresh, trend-aware thinking to elevate the look and feel of the brand<br>
</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Proven experience as a Branding Designer within high street fashion or retail</p>
<li>
<p>Strong portfolio showcasing campaign, packaging and identity work</p>
<li>
<p>Confident across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)</p>
<li>
<p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment</p>
<li>
<p>Strong eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborative and adaptable approach, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams</p>
</ul>

<strong>Project Scope & Duration:</strong> Freelance contract, initial 3 months with potential to extend</p>
<p><strong>Day Rate:</strong> £300–£350, dependent on experience</p>
<p><strong>Location & Workplace Policy:</strong> London based, hybrid working (2–3 days in office)</p>
<p><strong>IR35 Status:</strong> Outside IR35</p>
