Job description

<p>Fantastic new role for a Multifaceted Content Designer to join a vibrant lifestyle brand creating playful, comfort-first loungewear and activewear.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <p>- Develop and oversee creative content across website, e-mail marketing, paid social advertising, organic social stories, print, and OOH.</p> <p>-  Edit and produce engaging video content for digital marketing, social media, and paid campaigns, with a strong focus on storytelling and brand consistency.</p> <p>- Ensure high standards of image retouching providing guidance and stepping in hands-on during peak workloads.</p> <p>-  Establish and manage efficient design workflows within the Design team, optimising processes from briefing through to final delivery.</p> <p>-  Provide creative direction and support to a Junior Designer and Retoucher, fostering skill development and growth.</p> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <p>- Experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, video editing, motion graphics and print work.</p> <p>- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,</p> <p>Premiere Pro) and other design tools.</p> <p>- Good retouching skills with experience overseeing workflows and maintaining high</p> <p>standards.</p> <p>- Excellent knowledge of brand identity and maintaining visual consistency across multiple</p> <p>platforms.</p> <p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally</p> <p>with various teams.</p> <p>- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <p>-  £42-47k </p> <p>-  Hybrid working, 3 days in the office </p> <p>- Health Insurance </p> <p>- Mental Health Support – Employee Assistance Program</p> <p>- Yearly Bonus </p> <p>- Flexible work arrangements  </p> <p><strong>Location: London </strong></p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>. <em><strong>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</strong></em></p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
