<p>Amazing new role for a Designer to join a start-up wellness brand. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>- Help shape the brand’s creative foundation at a pivotal stage</p>
<p>- Collaborate with the Head of Brand & Creative across all touchpoints</p>
<p>- Develop and maintain cohesive visual design systems across digital, CRM, organic, and paid social.</p>
<p>- Maintain and evolve clear brand guidelines</p>
<p>- Explore AI tools to improve workflow and creativity</p>
<p>- Partner with teams to deliver compelling, results-driven design</p>
<p>- Ensure flawless execution and brand consistency<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<p>- Proven experience in digital design, branding, or art direction for consumer brands </p>
<p>- Portfolio that shows both system-level thinking - you can zoom out to see the whole brand and zoom in to spot the details others miss.</p>
<p>- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma </p>
<p>- Proactive and collaborative by nature - you take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and thrive on building with others in a fast-moving startup.</p>
<p>- Ability to own briefs end-to-end, balancing multiple deliverables without losing sight of the creative vision.</p>
<p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p>
<p>- £35-50k </p>
<p>- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office </p>

<p>- Ability to work from abroad for up to 3 weeks per year</p>
