<p>You’ll play a pivotal role in helping audiences discover and engage with new content directly, using smart, reactive and culturally relevant social strategies. This role is ideal for a creative social lead who thrives on trends, understands fandoms, and knows how to make noise without big budgets.</p> <p><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p> -      Develop and execute consumer-facing social strategies to launch and grow awareness of new TV shows.<br> -      Create reactive, trend-led content using show clips, memes and cultural moments.<br> -      Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers and existing fan communities.<br> -      Lead social activity across TikTok as the primary channel, with Instagram and Facebook as supporting platforms.<br> -      Deliver scrappy, high-impact campaigns with limited budgets, prioritising creativity and partnerships over paid media.<br> -      Work on short, tactical projects with fast turnaround (typically 4–6 weeks).<br> -      Guide and collaborate with a junior social creative within a small, agile team.<br> -      Help shape the longer-term transition of the marketing function towards a stronger B2C capability.<br> <br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong><br> <br> -      Proven experience running social channels for a TV show, entertainment brand or public-facing personality.<br> -      Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social culture, including trends, memes and formats.<br> -      Highly creative, reactive mindset with a strong instinct for what will engage audiences.<br> -      Comfortable working without heavy reliance on metrics, focusing instead on impact, relevance and innovation.<br> -      Experience working with creators, influencers or fan communities.<br> -      Confident operating in lean teams and fast-moving environments. <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> -      £60-80k per annum<br> -      Competitive pension scheme with employer contributions<br> -      Generous paid annual leave<br> -      Professional development opportunities, including training and courses<br> -      Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for confidential wellbeing support<br> -      Paid volunteer days to support community engagement <p><strong>Location: London, Hybrid 3 days in the office </strong></p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>. <strong>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</strong></p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
