2D Creative Lead

<p>Amazing new role for an Experiential/Events 2D Creative Lead to join an established creative agency blending strategy and design to craft bold, meaningful brand experiences. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>- Interpret briefs and brand guidelines to deliver fresh, on-brand design solutions for print and digital.</p> <p>- Present concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.</p> <p>- Lead creative responses for new business opportunities</p> <p>- Develop strong ideas under tight deadlines without compromising quality.</p> <p>- Coordinate with production teams and external suppliers, such as scenic vendors and printers.</p> <p>- Attend site visits to assess venues and adapt designs accordingly.</p> <p>- Provide onsite support during builds, making quick design decisions during installation and testing.</p> <p>- Manage freelance creatives and 2D designers to ensure deliverables align with the vision and schedule.</p> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <p>- Extensive 2D design experience, able to visualise concepts through to final design intent.</p> <p>- Skilled in developing pitches under tight deadlines, balancing creativity and strategy.</p> <p>- Able to translate ideas into innovative, effective design solutions.</p> <p>- Strong hand-sketching ability for quick visual communication.</p> <p>- Deep understanding of the creative process from concept to delivery.</p> <p>- Confident presenting and selling ideas internally and externally.</p> <p>- Technically proficient in key design software and tools </p> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <p>-  £65-75k  </p> <p>-  Hybrid working, 3 days in the office </p> <p>- Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays</p> <p>- Pension scheme / employer contributions</p> <p>- Private medical insurance / health plan</p> <p><strong>Location: London </strong></p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>. <strong>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</strong></p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
