An off-the-record morning with the founders of Fussy, Peachies and TOSS - three of the UK's most exciting challenger brands.
Deodorant, nappies, salad dressing - three categories that hadn't changed in decades, until Fussy, Peachies and TOSS came along and gave consumers a reason to care again.
Different products, different markets, but the same underlying story: spotting a category everyone had stopped paying attention to, and building a brand ambitious enough to change how people think about it.
Getting there hasn't looked the same for any of them. Each has navigated its own version of the hard calls that come with scaling fast - funding, positioning, product, and perhaps hardest of all, building the right team at the right time: who to hire, when to hire, and how to hold onto good people while everything else is moving fast.
This morning brings Matt, Rima and Sophie together for a candid, off-the-record conversation about what that's actually taken: the decisions that mattered, the ones they'd do differently, and what's working for them today.
