Major Players is partnering with a global cultural-experiences platform to find a Senior Creative Designer who can bring bold ideas, contemporary craft and strategic thinking to its in-house Creative Studio.</p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak">This is an opportunity for a hands-on, strategically minded designer to build one living brand across UK and US markets. You'll develop concepts and execute them across campaigns, digital channels and wider brand touchpoints, collaborating closely with creative, product and marketing teams while taking full ownership of your own projects.</p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak">* Develop strong creative routes from the initial brief through polished final execution.<br />* Create multi-channel campaign work for different markets while protecting a consistent brand system.<br />* Research the audience, challenge and commercial goal behind each brief before moving into design.<br />* Manage your own projects and priorities while collaborating closely with creative, product and marketing teams.<br />* Contribute constructive design feedback and participate actively in ideation sessions.</p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak"><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak">* Significant brand or marketing-design experience with a portfolio spanning multiple channels.<br />* Excellent contemporary craft across typography, layout, image-making and campaign systems.<br />* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills; motion capability is a plus.<br />* Able to articulate design decisions clearly and connect them to brand and business objectives.<br />* Experience working in-house, ideally for a platform, service, subscription or other intangible product.</p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak"><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak">* Independent and accountable without becoming territorial about the work.<br />* Comfortable moving at in-house pace and evolving an established brand over time.<br />* Curious, collaborative and receptive to direct creative feedback.</p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak"><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Permanent<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> £50,000-£60,000<br /><strong>Location &amp; Workplace Policy:</strong> London, hybrid; minimum 2 days/week in the office </p> <p class="xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak"><strong>*TO APPLY:</strong> Attach your CV with a link to your portfolio CLEARLY LABELED.
