<p style="padding-left: 30px;"> </p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">Bring creative and design craft to a fast-scaling D2C consumer brand where every launch receives its own creative world. This opportunity is for a strong creative designer with excellent fundamentals and a fresh visual language. </p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">Job Summary</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">Join a growing in-house creative and marketing team creating campaigns across social, email and web. Working closely with a senior designer, you will take established creative direction and turn it into confident, beautifully crafted multi-channel work while helping a rapidly growing brand increase its creative output.</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create campaign assets across paid and organic social, email and web.</li> <li>Own design delivery from brief through final production across multiple channels.</li> <li>Apply each campaign look and feel consistently while maintaining the core brand system.</li> <li>Create marketing materials, retail presentations and day-to-day brand assets.</li> <li>Manage incoming requests and priorities in partnership with the senior designer.</li> </ul> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">Skills &amp; Experience</p> <ul> <li>Several years of hands-on graphic-design experience at a genuine midweight level.</li> <li>A varied portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, colour and image selection.</li> <li>Fluent day-to-day Figma skills alongside advanced Adobe Creative Suite capability.</li> <li>Experience adapting a creative idea across social, email and web.</li> <li>Motion, video editing, 3D, packaging or print experience is beneficial but not essential.</li> <li>Personal Attributes</li> <li>Positive, collaborative and comfortable in a small, sociable team.</li> <li>Able to work quickly without compromising core design craft.</li> <li>Open to feedback and excited by a premium brand with a playful point of view.</li> </ul> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">How to apply</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">If this sounds like you, apply with your CV and a <strong>clearly labelled</strong> portfolio link.</p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/a2VlbHkua3JpdHouNDc4MDUuMTM4MTNAbWFqb3JwbGF5ZXJzLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif">
