This is a defining opportunity to scale a values-led brand with global ambitions, reporting directly to the Founder and acting as a key member of the leadership team. You’ll be at the helm of their digital performance, leading full-funnel strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube, while architecting continuous conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and high-performing lifecycle marketing journeys across email and SMS.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 9.0pt;"><span style="">You’ll own the entire growth loop: scaling paid media, improving retention, reducing churn to increase LTV, and connecting our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) success with their emerging retail channels. Success in this role requires a strategic mind with deep technical expertise, comfortable both setting the vision and being hands-on in the data—with a clear understanding of CAC, ROAS, payback periods, and retention drivers.
