Job description

Bring art direction instinct to the in-house creative team of a sustainability-led lifestyle brand with a bold, distinctive identity. This opportunity suits a midweight or senior designer who is confident turning a brief into something stronger, with real strength in social-first design and a growing retail presence to support.

Job Summary

Join a small London creative team building out its in-house capability, working closely with the Creative Director. You will take on a broad, primarily digital remit, replacing freelance support with a single dedicated hire, and be trusted to interpret and elevate briefs rather than simply execute them.

Key Responsibilities

Design paid social assets as the primary focus, alongside organic social graphic treatments.

Create campaign creative across channels, taking briefs further than the reference supplied.

Design email marketing and website work within a modular ecommerce platform, with a clear understanding of build constraints.

Develop product packaging and print collateral.

Work with autonomy and light direction, giving a confident creative opinion and pushing back when a brief needs it.

Skills & Experience

At least four years of design experience at midweight to senior level.

A portfolio showing strong paid and organic social work and clear art direction instinct.

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills across the full range of outputs above.

An understanding of digital production realities, including what is realistic to build and why.

Agency experience is useful, as are motion or UX/UI skills, but neither is essential.

Personal Attributes

Confident and opinionated about the work, while open to feedback and collaboration.

Comfortable in a small team working directly with senior stakeholders.

A creative sensibility drawn from sport, streetwear, skate or music culture is a plus.

How to apply
If this sounds like the right next move, apply with your CV and a clearly labelled portfolio link.
