style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Collaborate with internal teams and external media agencies to <strong>review and optimise digital campaign performance</strong> across paid social, search, display, and app marketing.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Use tools such as <strong>GA4, Google Tag Manager, and MMPs</strong> (e.g. Branch) to interpret campaign performance and inform strategy.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Lead and coordinate <strong>campaign testing, reporting, and performance reviews, </strong>going beyond the dashboard to challenge and improve.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Provide strategic input across <strong>app, website, and social media campaigns</strong>, ensuring alignment Required:</strong></span></span> <ul> <li style="margin: 0.0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Well-rounded digital marketing experience<strong> </strong>across multiple platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Strong ability to <strong>analyse digital performance data</strong> and work with media partners to improve results.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Solid understanding of <strong>media mix, attribution, and campaign optimisation- </strong>especially in paid media and app/web-based
