Job description

A fast-growing health brand is looking for a Creative Performance Strategist to bridge the gap between performance insight and creative output.

Backed by strong recent investment and scaling internationally, the business has built a high-performing creative function spanning brand and performance. This newly created role sits at the heart of that growth story.

This is a performance-first, creative-second role. You won't be producing fully fleshed-out concepts, you'll be the translator between data, audience insight and the creative team, turning what's working into sharp briefs and creative hypotheses that fuel growth.

You'll work closely with an international performance creative and growth team, reporting into the Creative Director, with close ties to the Head of Growth. There's genuine scope to shape how this function grows.

Key Responsibilities

Translate performance data and audience insights into clear, actionable creative briefs and hypotheses

Work closely with the performance creative and growth teams to identify what's driving results

Own creative strategy across Meta (bread and butter), with TikTok a strong plus and YouTube/Connected TV on the roadmap

Build a structured, repeatable approach to briefing that scales as the business enters new markets

Partner cross-functionally with growth, brand and creative leadership to keep strategy aligned

Support the evolution of the function as it expand.

Skills & Experience Required

4-6 years' experience in performance marketing or creative strategy; a copywriting background considered, but performance-first experience preferred

Strong understanding of Meta's paid social ecosystem; TikTok experience a bonus

Proven ability to turn performance data into creative direction, not just report on it

Comfortable operating in a regulated, consumer-sensitive category, motivated by mission-driven work

Confident briefing and collaborating with creative teams without needing to produce the concepts yourself

Adaptable and excited by the idea of shaping a brand-new function from the ground up

Why Apply?

Step into a genuinely first-of-its-kind role within the business

Work directly with senior creative and growth leadership

Real opportunity to build and lead a team as the business scales internationally

Join a category-defining brand solving a problem that matters

If you would like a confidential chat about this role or your next career move, please get in contact with: coco.young@majorplayers.co.uk

Major Players are the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we've consistently championed our people and communities.
