Job description

Job Summary

Major Players is partnering with a growing consumer food brand to find a mid to senior Growth Designer for its in-house team.

The proposed role combines brand-conscious design with a clear commercial focus: creating work that gets noticed, drives orders and encourages customers to return. The remit spans paid social, display, CRM, loyalty and digital ordering, with opportunities to adapt campaigns across digital and physical channels.

This opportunity would suit a hands-on designer who can develop creative variations, learn from results and manage multiple briefs independently. Strong visual craft matters, alongside an interest in how creative performs.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Create paid-social, display and digital campaign assets across platforms including Meta and TikTok.

Develop creative variations, test different approaches and use performance insights to inform subsequent work.

Design email, app and loyalty campaigns that support ordering and repeat purchase.

Create assets for delivery platforms, digital menus, kiosks and in-store promotions.

Adapt campaigns across digital, POS, local store marketing, OOH and DOOH while protecting brand consistency.

Partner with Brand, Growth, CRM and Digital colleagues to translate commercial briefs into creative work.

Challenge briefs constructively and manage competing priorities at pace.

Skills & Experience

Around 4-8 years' experience in graphic design, growth design, performance creative or commercial design. Candidates with more experience are also welcome; relevant capability and independent delivery matter more than years alone.

Experience within a D2C, delivery-led, app-first or subscription business, or a performance creative agency working with similar brands.

Examples of paid-social and display creative produced at volume, including testing, iteration and learning from results.

Experience across digital touchpoints, ideally including CRM, email, app and web.

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, and confidence using Figma.

Strong typography, layout, composition and imagery skills.

Motion, animation or lightweight video editing would be a bonus, not a requirement.

Personal Attributes

Commercially minded and interested in how design influences customer behaviour.

Curious about testing, audience insights and creative learning.

Brand-conscious without being afraid to explore new approaches.

Self-sufficient, organised and comfortable delivering at pace.

Salary & Benefits

£45,000-£60,000, depending on experience.

Bonus opportunity and long-term incentive eligibility, subject to scheme terms.

Annual leave, healthcare, wellbeing and family-friendly benefits; full package details can be discussed confidentially and remain subject to confirmation.

Location & Workplace

London, with four days per week in the office.

How to apply

If this sounds like the right fit, apply with your CV and portfolio. Relevant examples could show creative variations, testing, campaign learnings and your personal contribution-not just final designs. If you include AI-assisted work, please be clear about how you used it.

If you would like a confidential chat about this opportunity or your next career move, please connect with Keely Kritz via LinkedIn, sharing your experience and availability.
