<p>Exciting new role for a social-focused Videographer/editor to join a UK-based online platform. <br>  </p> <p><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>-              Execute creative briefs in collaboration with the Creative Strategist</p> <p>-              Shoot and edit high-performing content for paid social across product, creator, and brand formats</p> <p>-              Own content production end-to-end, from raw footage to polished final assets</p> <p>-              Transform internal footage, creator UGC, and campaign materials into high-converting ads</p> <p>-              Evolve editing approaches based on performance data and testing insights</p> <p>-              Maintain an organised workflow with clean file management, exports, and tagging</p> <p>-              Support in-house shoots, including iPhone/camera filming, lighting, and setup</p> <p>-              Manage weekly editing workload aligned with Meta and TikTok testing priorities</p> <p><br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <p>-              Agile video creative with a strong grasp of what drives performance on paid social</p> <p>-              Confident shooting on iPhone; combines raw, reactive content with a refined, elevated finish</p> <p>-              Experienced in short-form editing for Meta and TikTok, using motion text, kinetic type, and punchy transitions to stop the scroll</p> <p>-              Proficient in CapCut and Premiere Pro; bonus for familiarity with emerging tools that streamline editing</p> <p>-              Detail-focused and performance-minded; can interpret briefs and deliver assets that meet creative and data goals</p> <p>-              Capable of owning the full content workflow—from raw footage to final delivery—while staying responsive to results and trends</p> <p><br> <strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>£40-50k max <li>Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home <li>Opportunity to build a high-impact portfolio and work across content that scales globally <li>Join a small, fast-moving creative team with real influence </ul> <p><br> <strong>Location: London</strong></p> <p><br> If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>. <strong>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates</strong><br>  </p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
