Job description

<p>Fantastic opportunity to join the in-house creative team at a London-based tech company. You must have scale up, unicorn or start up experience with known D2C brands</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and define the brand's creative expression across all channels - bringing fresh thinking to how design communicates our messaging and content. <li>Own and manage the core visual identity and its associated brand design system. <li>Establish a cohesive and contemporary visual direction across the full end-to-end experience - creating design assets for marketing channels, as well as core web and app experiences, including CRM and social platforms. <li>Oversee the development of brand creative and collaborate with external agencies on key design projects, campaigns, and advertising requirements. <li>Have a string strategic approach to creative direction <li>Develop a joined-up approach between visual and verbal identity through close collaboration on tone of voice with the Copywriting team. </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>You take a holistic approach to design, with solid knowledge of different specialisms and a collaborative attitude towards working with other design practitioners. <li>You have a strong foundation in graphic design and a broad creative background spanning multiple formats, channels, and platforms. <li>You have experience working within or for digital product businesses, where you can clearly show the impact of your brand design work.
