<p>We’re looking for a Freelance DCO Manager to join a leading integrated marketing agency, working across a high-profile account. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the setup, delivery and optimisation of Dynamic Creative Optimisation campaigns, partnering with creative, media and strategy teams to deliver personalised, data-driven advertising at scale.<br> <br> <br> This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and hands-on experience in dynamic ad builds and feed management.<br> <br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the build, activation and optimisation of dynamic creative campaigns across various ad platforms <li>Configure and maintain data feeds, ensuring assets and targeting logic are accurate and compliant <li>Partner closely with media, creative and strategy teams to translate campaign ideas into scalable, automated solutions <li>Troubleshoot delivery issues, monitor performance and implement enhancements <li>Produce reports and insights that help guide creative and strategic decisions <li>Keep on top of evolving tools, automation techniques and emerging trends in dynamic creative and AI-led personalisation </ul> <br> <br> <strong>Skills & Experience </strong> <ul> <li>Proven background in Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) or similar data-driven campaign delivery <li>Experience using platforms such as Flashtalking, Innovid, Google Ad Manager or equivalent <li>Comfortable managing complex campaign logic, data sets and audience segmentation <li>Confident collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholder <li>Strong troubleshooting and QA skills with a sharp eye for detail <li>Awareness of programmatic workflows, ad serving technologies and creative automation best practices </ul> <br> <strong>Project Scope & Duration: </strong>ASAP start, 2-3 months, 4 days pw<br> <br> <strong>Day Rate: </strong>£300 - £350pd <br> <br> <strong>Location & Workplace Policy: </strong>Hybrid working <br> <br> <strong>IR35 Status:</strong> TBC <br> <strong> </strong><br> Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you're interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your credentials and availability as soon as possible.<br> <br> Major Players are the UK’s leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
