Guest Speaker: Liz Nottingham from Creative Equals
The ability to be strong and flexible in the face of adversity and recover quickly, will allow you to better manage difficult situations in the future, ideal for life in advertising. With guest speaker Liz Nottingham from Creative Equals.
We'll begin the session by exploring the concept that we are not all in the same boat and we are not all in the same storm. This gives us an opportunity to reflect on what that may mean for our friends and colleagues.
We'll then explore the updated change curve to name and normalise your experience, and notice just how far we have come since March. We'll spend some time checking in with ourselves to acknowledge that what we are all feeling is normal.
It's important to pay attention to how we are taking care of ourselves: our heads, our hearts, our bodies and our souls. Liz will guide us through a practical exercise for people to notice where they may want to pay some more attention.
The session will round off with building an understanding of how we may want to witness others as they support themselves, and how we may want to build some team Resilience. What might the next steps be for you and your team?
