This year our annual salary survey in conjunction with The Drum shows a range of insights across pay, bonuses, job satisfaction, job security and gender differences in pay. Despite modest growth in the economy, there were still a significant number of pay rises across the board. Around 60% of respondents received a pay rise and 25% received a rise of over 10%. This shows employers are willing to pay a higher price for skilled and talented workers.

Major Players has experienced a 19% overall increase in the number of permanent and freelance vacancies across the digital, creative and tech industries over the past year.
