In conjunction with The Drum, our annual salary survey for 2019 has highlighted some interesting trends around pay differences, job satisfaction, bonuses and budgets. Despite the uncertainty surrounding Brexit, employment is at its highest level yet with the number of job vacancies having hit a record high.
There have been new advances in tech with FinTech, Ai and VR dominating the industry. There has also been an increase in the number of people receiving a pay rise with employers willing to pay more for skilled talent.
