Finance – Website Content Specialist

This is an opportunity to join a thriving Finance business as their Website Content Specialist. The role is ideal for someone who has worked within the Finance/ Fintech industry and is a specialist within digital content management and strategy. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with SEO optimisation, campaign landing pages and technical copywriting.

Responsibilities – Website Content Specialist


  • Manage Workfront queue of incoming website requests and triage/prioritize work tickets

  • Work with requesters to validate needs and craft web solutions to meet those needs

  • Troubleshoot  issues with content updates/site enhancements

  • Test and approve website content changes

  • Partner with corporate and division marketing resources to craft and launch compelling landing pages for marketing campaigns

  • Conceptualize and articulate creative solution ideas in response to business requests

  • Review and edit content provided by corporate and divisions to ensure it adheres to the web writing style guidelines and brand standards

  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search results

  • Write/edit on page copy for campaign landing pages, banners, etc.

  • Special projects as assigned


Requirements – Website Content Specialist


  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong familiarity and experience creating and updating content within web-based content management systems.

  • Deep working knowledge of online marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager).

  • HTML/CSS fluency, web design experience, knowledge and experience cross-browser and cross-platform (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.) to create and properly test digital properties and associated online assets.

  • Ability to prioritize and drive multiple simultaneous deliverables to execution with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Sitecore or similar enterprise-level CMS required
