Web Content Executive - The Company

Major Players are working with an extremely well known and iconic online gaming brand that are on a quest to become the world's most entertaining gaming business. Their journey started a long time ago (in a galaxy far, far online) with the release of a number of highly popular internet games and apps. They are constantly creating and releasing new games all the time. They are now nearly 1000 people strong across almost 10 offices worldwide - with the beating heart of their business located in stylish, buzzy Central London offices.

Web Content Executive - The Role

At the centre of this amazing business is their content, marketing and tech teams; a role has arisen for a Web Content Executive to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible. You will be responsible for maintaining all content on the websites and assist with campaigns, promotions and t&cs. This is a collaborative role that will see you assisting teams across CRM, product, design, marketing and promotions. You must be well versed in web content management and ideally have an understanding of SEO and development processes.


 Performing routine checks of scheduled content across websites
 Editing and uploading content into the company's content management systems
 Implementing new promotions/products/features
 Working with the UK Promotions team to schedule/plan content for upcoming promotional campaigns
 Pro-actively communicating with team members and people across the business to ensure full awareness of current and upcoming projects
 Understanding the technical possibilities and constraints of the different websites and being able to advise accordingly
 Contributing towards the improvement of site procedures and all relevant supporting tools by working with various development teams across the business
 Working with the broader Marketing team to update and manage site schedules

Person Specification/Key Attributes

 Experience working with CMS tools and platforms
 Strong HTML skills (CSS skills desirable)
 Great organisational and time management skills
 Very good attention to detail
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
 Proactive, with a good sense of ownership
 Able to read, write and follow comprehensive schedules accurately
