Major Players are seeking an ambitious Video Editor on behalf of a specialist Sports & Esports Creative Agency. You will have an excellent technical standard of post-production knowledge with an expertise for editing impressive Social Media campaigns.

This agency specialise in building brands through sports and music, so an interest in Youth Culture will be helpful! Enjoying their fifth consecutive year of growth, this Creative Agency are continually adding to an exciting client roster that already includes; PlayStation, New Balance, FIFA, Beats by Dre and UEFA!

Location – At least 1 day a week in the Manchester office
Salary – £26,000 - £32,000 Depending on Experience

The Role: 

  • Help ensure an excellent standard of post-production work is produced and delivered efficiently.

  • Work with the wider creative team to input into content ideas and concepts.

  • Take a lead role editing socially led campaigns to a high standard.

  • Attend shoots to oversee / direct them where appropriate with end product in mind.

  • Design and implement edit plans, timelines and process to ensure smooth delivery of Post-Production.

  • Assist the team in sourcing external content suppliers to help bring campaigns to life – Animators, Videographers, Sound designers etc.

  • Manage the development of the Content supplier database


  • 1+ years’ experience in a content editing role

  • Good knowledge and ability to use all key editing software

  • Intermediate knowledge of the content industry

  • Great storytelling skills and ability to form a powerful narrative

  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of post-production processes

  • Inspirational knowledge of content / culture / social media / graphic design trends
