UI/ UX Designer- Cool start up

Digital design £ 350 - £ 450 per day

My client helps UK employees be better with their money. My client is a free employee benefit taking care of the financial wellbeing of UK employees. My client enables employees to support their workforce's financial wellbeing through access to financial education resources and affordable loans. The idea is to build a community of employees who can confidently deal with money and have access to fairer finance when they need it.

ABOUT THE ROLE



* Working closely with their product team to design the User Interface of their entire platform
* Testing the effectiveness of our design with their users
* Creating physical marketing material to support the marketing and growth of the business
* Providing feedback and ideas to improve and develop the current platform
* The entire user interface and experience of the online platform
* Ensuring that design rules and processes are captured, recorded, understood and implemented correctly

ABOUT YOU



* Degree educated or 5 years relevant experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong UX/UI understanding
* Strong customer focus
* Highly enthusiastic and a team player
* Ability to deliver to clear and defined expected outcomes * Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales

Requirements

* 3+ years experience in user experience or design (preferred)

* Strong experience in UX/UI Tools (e.g Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Cloud, Balsamiq)

* Worked in an agile environment

* Exposure working with internal stakeholders across all areas of business

* Experience of working within a broader product development team

* Ability to take on board both business and technical aspects relating to software design
