Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Major Players are working with one of the fastest growing start ups in London right now! With the company growing rapidly, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help them achieve their hiring goals.
A brand new role for the business, this Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Writing job descriptions
* Advertising vacancies
* Reviewing CV's
* Sourcing candidates
* Shortlisting and screening
* Organising interviews
* Providing feedback
* Helping with pre-employment checks
* Maintaining and updating the ATS
Previous recruitment experience is essential for this role. Whether you have worked in a busy recruitment agency or have worked in house, you will need to be used to working in a fast paced environment. If you have worked in a fast growing start up before that would be advantageous.
We need a confident communicator who can liaise with people on all levels, always happy to help and advise. Must be highly organised, able to multi task and prioritise. Lastly, you'll want to learn, develop and be part of the team helping to make this business a success!
