Major Players are pleased to present a fantastic opportunity to be the first ever Studio Manager for a successful tech start up company.

Do you have agency or clientside experience as a traffic/resource/studio manager? Do you feel comfortable implementing systems and processes for an integrated studio? How about whilst leading truly talented and ambitious creatives in a tight knit, collaborative environment? Are you ready to come in at the ground floor of on the industry's leading smart apps? Then this is a no brainer surely?

Our client are a smart photo sharing app who have been very successful since their inception; now well established and growing rapidly they are looking for a Studio Manager to lead their team of digital designers, photographers and engineers. Charged with taking control of the studio, rolling out fresh processes, managing workflow and matching briefs to the various in house creatives - you will be trafficking deliverables for all print and digital marketing channels.

As the company are going through a complete rebrand by the beginning of next year assets will also include ATL (OOH) assets too. You will need to be comfortable reporting directly to senior management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:



* 6-8 years experience in a traffic/resource role in either agency or a fast paced studio.
* No ego but leadership skills in abundance!
* Work effectively under pressure
* Great organisation skill and attention to detail
