Strategist (4 day weeks!)
We're working with an amazing design consultancy with clients around the globe from startups, scale-ups and large multinationals, from sustainable brands to travel and fintech.
You will be joining strategists who are experienced practitioners with a strong command of strategic principles, human centred design methodologies and collaborative problem solving techniques.
Responsibilities;
Critical Thinking
Work to understand and frame the project's desired outcome and business KPIs, to help ensure that any solutions designed positively impact clients business
Have a good working understanding of common strategic frameworks and able to use these methods to aid in complexity reduction, concept generation and problem framing
Human Centred Design
Have a working knowledge of Human Centred Design methods and tools, and be comfortable conducting requirements gathering, defining business/user process flows, ideation and collaborative workshops
Collaborate with UX resources to develop personas, user profiles, user needs and test scenarios
Commercial Awareness
Experience with product or feature planning and prioritisation, including a working knowledge of differing prioritisation methodologies
Research and Analysis
Conduct primary and secondary research (both fieldwork and desk based)
Ability to extract and synthesis insights from data or research, and consolidate findings into understandable formats
Help to create experience/content audits and heuristic evaluations
Ways of Working
Lead, brief and oversee work quality of more junior team members
Take an active interest in your own career and skills development, seeking opportunities to learn new techniques and training in new tools and technologies
Our ideal candidate is going to have min of 4 years experience working in an agency for blue chip clients or client side and proven strategy skills. We'd like to see demonstrable experience in facilitating workshops, planning, running and delivering primary and secondary research. Ideally you will be able to conduct user profiling and user needs analysis and comfortable eliciting and defining business/user process flows and requirements.
