Major Players seek an experienced Social Research and Insight Manager to join an agile Word of Mouth and Social Marketing Agency, starting ASAP and paying up to £50k

Our client is an award winning full service Word of Mouth and Social Marketing agency located in Central London. They are leaders in their space at delivering campaigns and communications in support of new product launches and brand building, based on real stories about real people and their experiences. Our client focuses on identifying how and why social behaviour impacts brand perception and how this can then create actionable insights which will ultimately result in stronger audience and client relationships. Our client has a long history of working with ATL, experiential and PR agencies, helping to deliver creative and strategic solutions with ROI at the core.
Our client is looking for a talented Social Research and Insight Manager who will be pivotal in defining and creating value for their clients. You will be drawing actionable insights from a variety of sources including Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Mintel and TGI, among others, these insights will drive into content creation, campaign planning, customer journey mapping, creative planning and pitches. You will be managing and delivering research projects as well as working with the wider team helping to develop and grow the business. This role will require you to produce written outputs including briefs, report, analysis, articles and white papers.
You will have extensive qual and quant experience and will be experienced in extrapolating insights from secondary sources. You will be confident when it comes to setting up and managing social listening tools and TGI and will have extensive experience of brand tracking. You will need to be experienced with managing online monitoring platforms including; Omniture, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Sprinklr and Social Mention. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong sense of pride in their work and is always open to continuous learning.
