Social Media Manager

Account Management £ 30,000 - £ 32,000 per year

***SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - CLIENT SIDE- EAST FINCHLEY - £30-32K - BEAUTY***

As a voice of the brands, you will interact with consumers across different social platforms,
including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. Creating original content for
a variety of uses and platforms and actively reach consumers and influencers to keep the
brand conversation going.

As well as your creative side, you will also manage and interpret analytics data to help
further optimise online content and enhance the user experience. You enjoy customer
contact and can handle all aspects of customer relations including the ability to listen to and
understand a customer's needs, delivering excellent customer service; resolving issues and
leading customers to a repurchase.

This role is to manage and drive the social media strategy and activities for several of the company's
owned brands.

Responsibilities include:

Working in a fast-paced company, it is imperative that you can work using your own
initiative and following your own instincts - to do this, you'll need a highly positive approach
and the confidence to put forward your own creative ideas when appropriate.
As well as contributing creatively to the big picture, you'll need the tenacity and dedication
to deliver your tasks quickly, efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.
In detail, the day-today:

* Proactively creating a wide variety of inspiring and engaging content from imagery,
gifs, copy and videos on all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook,
YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest.
* Maintain, develop and optimise the existing social media platforms and proactively
develop new platforms
* Ensure all content is relevant and supports sales and retailer listings i.e. promotions
and campaigns
* To maintain each brand's unique tone of voice
* Maintaining relationships with retailer and distributors digital teams and working on
online brand collaborations
* To monitor digital trends and share with the business on a regular reporting basis,
ensuring the brands are at the forefront of digital technological trends and creativity
* Creation of a social media calendar per brand to merge with the overall annual
marketing calendar
* Working with Brand Managers and Sales Teams to create meaningful monthly
content in advance that connects with the group's target audiences
* To plan and lead bi-weekly/monthly social media meetings with the company brands
* Ensuring that at all times the teams are aware of social activities and to be involved
in the planning of content
* Deliver weekly, monthly and yearly performance reports
* Track all marketing spend and follow through ROI
* Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing on marketing spend, in relation to
monthly sales figures to manage over/under spend and approvals

Other:

* Assisting at events and photoshoots related to social media
* To capture events and shoots on social media, telling a story and insight into the real
people behind the brand
* To capture own events, partner events and influencer collaborations behind the
scenes, for use on social platforms
