Social Media Manager - The Role

This terrific organisation are now looking for a specialist in social media with a huge passion for campaign planning, community engagement and growth, platform strategy and influencer marketing. You will be implementing top of the range social media activity and influencer strategy across several different business streams; ensuring the brand are seen by their customers as engaging, aspirational and relevant. You'll act as a thought leader for social media within the organisation and champion social media as an essential comms and marketing platform in line with the broader business strategy.

Responsibilities: -

 Responsible for delivering the social media strategy and KPIs.
 Generate innovative and creative social and influencer content to encourage new and existing customer engagement.
 Develop seasonal social media campaigns to align with marketing objectives.
 Work with the Brand Manager to develop tone of voice guidelines across the channels and ensure all content delivers against that tone.
 Support international markets in developing their social channels and influencer content.
 Work alongside the Digital team to ensure that social channels are one click away from driving transactions
 Create and deliver weekly, monthly and annual reports
 Keep up to date on emerging social media and retail trends.
Manage and develop two direct reports - Social Coordinator and Influencer Exec
 Build, optimize and deliver brand social media advertising - across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and Pinterest.
 Ownership of the influencer strategy and management of influencer relationships and activity for all brands and across all tiers.


Skills and Experience:


 Extensive experience of social media strategy and management across all key platforms.
 Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
 Experience developing a brand social media strategy and demonstrating how this has been brought to life
 MUST HAVE - experience of the fashion sector.
 Experience with financial forecasting within a media budget
 Worked with social media listening and analytics tools
 An objective analyst who challenges existing ways of working, thinks outside the box and offers solutions
 Creative thinker - able to come up with great ideas for social content and take part in the creation of assets
 Excellent communication skills
 Able to thrive in a demanding, fast paced environment.
