The Social Media Manager is responsible for the overall running of client & agency social channels.
They should be passionate about social media, enthusiastic about our client's brands & eager to create brilliant content that engages with fans and brings the brand to life.
They should be able to get under the skin of brands, understand the brand personality & work with creative guardians to develop content that people want to interact and engage with.
They should always be on the lookout for new developments in social media & lead the agency recommending ways to drive our social agenda forward.
What they are looking for -
Passion, energy, enthusiasm in social media marketing.
A belief that social media is inherently good and works as a tool for our clients.
Ambition to drive the social agenda for clients and agency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Writing (including accurately, grammar)
Account handling basics (time management, multi tasking, intelligence, calm under pressure, attention to detail)
Socially switched on (use of key social channels - Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Snap Chat)
Experience of social media tools (ie Tweetdeck, Facebook, Google Analytics, Social Bakers, Pulsar)
2+ years experience in a creative agency or marketing team.
Ability to have fun and be a good fit in an ego-free creative agency.
