Major Players is working with a top agency in the employer branding space, that focus on attracting amazing people and guide them into their dream careers. Their mission being to change the way people think about work After a successful growth period through lockdown, the agency is building out a world-leading marketing offering to help their clients attract amazing people to work for them and elevate their employer brand. Working with their internal creative team, this role as social media manager will run the social media communities for a selection of their top clients and oversee the social media strategy for the wider client base.

Key Responsibilities-

- Planning content publishing for their biggest clients - working in close partnership with their Creative, Marketing & Client Services teams
- Own publishing across platforms by client campaign or BAU content sessions - planning, drafting, scheduling, publishing, monitoring and reporting
- Lead on optimisation of content in line with social growth and recruitment marketing efforts
- Work with employees from their clients to create content that brings to life the internal culture and employer brand in an authentic way
- Monitor cultural, competitor, and employer brand trends (social listening, platform monitoring) daily and generate new content ideas alongside the Creative team
- Lead on social listening inputs to our audience understanding, supporting the Research and Insights team
- Own performance reporting for social - from KPIs and project results to wider business effectiveness and sentiment
- Drive innovation opportunities through social: adopting new features on existing platforms as well as expansion to new platforms

Key Requirements-

- 3+ years of experience in a social media manager/content development role
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, managing social calendars and campaign documents
- Experience in using social media scheduling tools to manage online postings on multiple platforms
- A strong interest in social media, knowledge of social media metrics and content performance
- Strong copywriting skills and an ability to adapt brand tone of voice to reflect community expectations
- Strong knowledge of paid social media and biddable optimisation
- Keen interest in emerging social platforms and technologies
- Ability to own the room and pitch new ideas and social strategies to client senior leaders
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to deliver campaigns under tight deadlines
