This quirky boutique agency are uniquely placed to generate impactful 360-degree PR campaigns for their clients by leveraging all areas of media presence, visibility, association and profile. As a full service communications and PR agency, they offer a bespoke service individually tailored to each client creating innovative, strategic and unforgettable PR campaigns.

Social Media Manager - The Role

Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager to work across content creation, social strategy, blogger liaisons, competitions, ad campaigns and audience engagement. You will work closely alongside account managers and clients to ensure offline campaigns are fully integrated and seamlessly executed online to help amplify brands' footprint, media campaigns and increase brand awareness and audience penetration.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

* Minimum of 3-4 years' social media experience, preferably with health, beauty & lifestyle brands
* Experience in increasing exposure and brand awareness
* Experience in content creation
* Experience in community management
* Ability to creatively and strategically plan and implement campaigns is essential
* Experience in planning, creating and posting content
* Experience in launching and managing advertising campaigns
* Experience in interacting with press and influencers through social platforms
* Experience in managing online competitions
* Experience in increasing consumer engagement
* Ability to grow social platform numbers with organic and paid for activations
* Experience in-agency and big brands would be preferred
* Possess excellent team skills: Can manage a team and report in to director
* Ability to effectively work to deadlines
* Understand that long hours maybe necessary
* Experience in managing and compiling client reports
* Established, strong industry influencer and media contacts
* Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
* Understands client needs
* Delivers on time and on target
* Great team spirit & desire to be part of a team and drive the team forward
