Major Players is working with an organisation founded in 2015 with a mission to redefine what the term "workspace" can mean. Founded by a former Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Co-founder of The Big Chill Festival, this company wants to reimagine the office experience by employing premium hotel-style service and design, innovative technology and a curated approach to resident activity. Currently operating across five locations today with another seven scheduled for 2019 and further buildings in design or delivery. The management team have ambitious plans to continue to scale the business both in the UK and internationally. The business is predominantly asset-backed, owning the freehold in its buildings rather than operating a lease arbitrage model. The customer proposition is design and service-experience led, with Residents benefiting from concierge service, a premium fit out, state-of-the-art technology and a productivity-focused environment.
Social Media Manager- The Role!
Reporting to the Communication and Marketing Manager, this role requires an ambitious individual who is comfortable working in a smaller team and can take ownership of social media marketing as a whole. Focus will be to build and develop brand awareness, establishing consistent tone of voice and feel across social media channels, create engaging, forward-thinking content in order to target key audiences and amplify messaging through paid campaigns. This individual will need to be an excellent copywriter, hands-on with content creation when need be and comfortable executing creatively led ideas that stand out from the crowd. As such, this position will be encouraged to find creative solutions and utilise new trends, tech and platforms.
Alongside strategy and implementation, the role will also involve analysis and development of campaigns, reporting on insights and refining content / social plans to develop and optimise performance. The ideal candidate will be able to identify trends, what is working and what is not, adjusting strategy accordingly and have the ability to communicate this effectively to internal teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Candidates should have experience with social tools such as Sprout, Falcon, Hootsuite, etc. Experience with Salesforce and CMS platforms would be beneficial.
-Social Channel management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc )
-Social media strategy (organic and paid)
-Publishing and planning content
-Collating and analysing key metrics and data
-Keeping up to date with new platforms and trends
-Full ownership of social output
-Social content management and delivery
-3-5 years Social Media Management experience
-Proven ability to develop brands through social media,
-Experience within B2B and Consumer products
-Ability to create content across platforms
-Ability to take lead on all things social for a brand
-Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
-Experience managing budgets
-Strong eye for design
-Experience of web CMS beneficial
