Social Media Manager - The Brand
My client are a fast growing tech start up, disrupting the car industry. The Founder has an excellent track record in building tech businesses and has a very strong network of angel investors which has resulted in one of the largest seed investment rounds ever recorded! A mobile app business, focused on excellent digital experience, this is a brilliant opportunity for a social media expert to drive forward the brand online.

Social Media Manager - The Role
The Social Media Manager will report into the Head of Marketing and work closely with the founder of the business, responsible for owning the brands presence on major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter). The Social Media Manager will be tasked with driving a high level of engagement whilst growing the brands following.

Key Responsibilities:

● Grow the brands followers/subscribers on Instagram and Youtube to create an audience who love to engage with our brand on a regular basis
● Create world-class content that will wow the audience and connect with them emotionally
● Actively engage with and build relationships with relevant influencers, journalists and other players in the industry
● Be a strict guardian of the brand, and ensure that all content created meets the high quality standards
● Manage the "Brand Ambassador Programme", working closely with social influencers to create amazing content that will increase reach
● Think creatively to devise new, exciting campaign ideas to connect with more customers, and plan out how to execute on those campaigns
● Scale content creation effectively, whilst maintaining a super high quality
● Seek out mutually beneficial and relevant brand partnerships
● Explore other social media opportunities to reach customers
● Manage creative resources including any freelancer designers, editors, writers or actors

● Minimum 4 years professional experience in social media marketing
● Demonstrable experience in building a brands presence on social media platforms
● Previous experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships is required
● A passion for creativity and innovation
● Examples of having led on social media campaigns which have driven a high level of engagement
● A passion for technology
