Major Players are working with an exciting Creative Agency that specialise in a service that is increasingly in demand from major global clients. This is an international agency that deliver strategic Employer Branding campaigns for some of the world’s most valuable employer brands, including;  McDonalds, Deutsche Bank, The National Trust and The British Army!

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager who can bring fresh ideas that will boost a client’s employer brand – creatively helping them engage with their own employees and helping them attract the best future talent. Essentially you will be responsible for making them THE company to work for. You’ll be a natural at delivering the tone of voice and producing high quality content. This is an opportunity to join a talented team of 14 specialists that will support you as you enjoy exposure and direct relationships with some of the world’s biggest brands!  

This role is currently fully remote but will be returning to their Bristol office one/two days a week at the beginning of next year.

Salary £30k - £33k DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the planning, design, development and launch of social media campaigns while also working closely with other teams across the agency.

  • Oversee the management of content calendars and the approvals process of all assets.

  • Develop good relationships with their clients, helping them to understand the value we deliver.

  • Work closely with their team of Social Media Strategists, Content Creators and Social Media Executives throughout the delivery of day to day social media activities.

  • Manage paid social activity while accurately tracking budget spend.

  • Take the lead on developing social media reports and presenting findings to clients.

  • Liaise closely with your clients so that you are their go-to person for all social media related queries.

About You

  • Have experience with running paid social advertising campaigns.

  • Be capable of building strong relationships with their clients.

  • Be happy to present to senior stakeholders.

  • Be an excellent writer.

  • Know a thing or two about budget development and management.

  • Be highly organised with an ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Have a keen eye for detail.
