Social Agency - Social Media Executive
This is an opportunity to join an rapidly growing social agency that is delivering a high ROI through strategic and creative work of the highest calibre. You will be responsible for managing social media channels and communities for our clients, sourcing and securing influencers through to paid management and reporting. Reporting directly to Social Media Director, you'll also work with the wider business, to continue to deliver high level social content and community engagement.

Responsibilities - Social Media Executive
- Management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met, work is of the highest quality
- Community management - providing top-class customer service and crisis management
- Content planning, sourcing content and copywriting to order to produce impactful content
- Scheduling social content, and checking-in on a daily basis for quality control
- Planning and managing paid media activity and proactively applying optimisations to improve performance
- Handling organic & paid content across social platforms; owning campaign roll-out, working with other team members
- Sourcing and validating influencers, securing collaborations - including negotiation, briefing and monitoring
- Reporting and analytics across content, organic and paid social - gathering learnings & benchmarking metrics, setting clear actions to implement

Requirements - Social Media Executive
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience
- Proven experience managing social accounts - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
- Proven experience with community management, audience engagement and customer service
- Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite and Sprinklr
- Ability to develop client-facing content calendars, campaign plans and reports
- Ability and confidence in implementing, managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns; knowledge and experience in implementing PPC activity including YouTube is a plus
- Reporting and analytics (platform insights and software e.g. Sprout Social as well as Ads Managers); Google Analytics
- Understanding of influencer marketing, experience sourcing /activating influencers
