This opportunity offers immediate responsibility and the chance to “shadow” an experienced Head of Social. You will learn how to effectively deliver a Corporate Social Media strategy, manage agencies and help coach internal colleagues on how best to use Social Media.

The Social Media Executive will contribute to building the UK digital and social media marketing plan, to execute new campaign initiatives to reach and engage target audiences, with the aim of increasing conversion, improving customer journeys and the user experience throughout. This includes a focus on performance metric improvement and ROI reporting.
Responsible for day-to-day updates on social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to grow brand visibility and community engagement with the brand, and the Premiership Rugby partnership
Responsible for maintaining and driving the social content calendar
Supporting, and contributing to, digital marketing campaigns involving a mix of paid, organic and customer acquisition focused activities
Contributing to the annual social media plan in partnership with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to continuously improve and enhance the existing approach
Ability to create high impact social media posts, with strong attention to detail
Optimise campaign and media performance of campaigns, providing training and support where appropriate.
Provide performance reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness of social media
Day to day active community management across all UK social channels.

2+ years’ experience in a social media, digital marketing and/or campaign focused role, either in-house or external agency.
Demonstrated experience in social media driven community management and working with reporting and analysis platforms, i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
Experience of digital/social campaign discussions to shape measurable end-to-end campaign solutions that activate across a mix of owned, paid and influenced channels
Experience in optimising social media channels, pages and content, and setting up A:B and multivariate test environments to monitor performance
